Sexy Spring Salad

Spring is the perfect time to not only embrace fresh beginnings in life but also in body. Out with the warming, heavier winter fare and in with food that will bring your skin back to a-glow. And who are we kidding, help balance your fit figure out. 

This salad is so simple. The dressing is fresh, raw and full of living nutrients! Be creative, any combination of local, fresh organic fruits and vegetables are such a delight!


In this salad (for 1 person):
  • organic baby spring greens
  • asparagus shreds (use vegetable peeler) + tips
  • slivered red onion
  • organic strawberries
  • slivered almonds
  • raw goats cheese
The dressing is oh so simple and fresh:
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • juice and zest of orange
  • 1 tbsp raspberry vinegar
  • 1 tsp local honey
  • celtic sea salt and fresh pepper to taste

Blend and massage into salad. Best served at once, in a peaceful setting.

*Round out this salad as a meal by tossing in some grilled chicken for a pretty protein perk!
